The ‘No Rent Event’ is back!
Did you know you can claim a ‘free’ rental period on this property if you can move before Christmas?
What is the No Rent Event?
The 'No Rent Event' is designed to help tenants move into a property, with the agreement of a short-term 'rent free' period if you move in before Christmas.
When is the No Rent Event taking place?
The event starts in 1st November 2022 and runs until 23rd December 2022.
*How long does the ‘rent free’ period last?
The 'rent free' period can last anywhere between 1-4 weeks. It is typically around 2 weeks but this will be decided by the landlord and pre-agreed before a new lease is taken out on a property.
How can I find out more about the No Rent Event?
Simply contact your local branch. Someone there will be happy to answer any questions that you have and help you find a new property.
This property is available with a Deposit Free option which means that instead of paying a traditional five weeks security deposit, you pay a fee of one weeks rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £120 + VAT) to become a member of a deposit free renting scheme which significantly reduces the up-front costs. This fee is non-refundable and is not a deposit so cannot be used towards covering the cost of any future damage.
