What’s included in the Let Only Service?
Advertising your Property
First, we’ll advertise your property on RightMove, OnTheMarket, our website, and social media channels. Plus - our agents will manage any viewings and negotiate offers.
Completing tenant referencing
After finding your tenants, we will complete all tenant references, including:
- Referencing and Right to Rent checks including credit checks, employment, and references from former landlords
- Organising any safety compliance certificates
- Arranging deposits
- Take move-in monies and ensure the tenancy agreement has been signed
Your local Haybrook office will take the pressure from you and get the tenants moved in quickly and correctly. We will make sure you have all the paperwork you need!
What is the landlord responsible for?
Once tenants are moved in, the Let Only service means Haybrook hand the reins back over to the landlord. Then, the landlord manages their financial affairs, maintenance, and rent arrears.
If you need some help - not a problem! We offer two other Property Management services:
- Full Management - landlords are completely hands-off
- Rent Collection - Haybrook offers financial advice, manages rental arrears, and produce financial statements
