Everyone at Haybrook in Swinton provided a quick, efficient, friendly and courteous service at all times. We were kept up-to-date every step of the way with phone calls and messages particularly from Sharon and Luke, and the whole sale process went through smoothly with the minimum of input from me. This was particularly helpful to me and my brother as we found the whole process of selling our deceased parents house very upsetting. We have been extremely impressed with the service we have received from the Haybrook Swinton branch through the whole selling process. The team were great at getting in touch and keeping us up dated at all stages from the initial marketing of our property up to the day of completion. I was especially impressed that Haybrook regularly chased all solicitors and other agents involved in the chain. I was unaware that this was part of the service but it turned out to be invaluable in keeping the chain moving and reducing the stress for us as sellers. I found the staff to be professional and patient at all times and would like to especially thank Jodie and Sharon for their help and assistance. I would definitely use Haybrook again or recommend them to my friends and family.
