Vanessa, firstly, the most important thing is, you sold our house far quicker than we ever expected and we are now in the home of our dreams. I'd say that was about as good as it gets for an estate agent. Sincerely, I can't believe we live where we now live. Vanessa, I just want to say thank you. I was very pleased with the service from Haybrook and in particular from you, despite a few hold ups you always kept chasing the solicitors and kept me fully informed almost on a weekly basis which did help ease the stress. It's never good if the client doesn't know what's happening so even if it's a call or email to say no movement but will chase is better than nothing, just as you did is great. Thank you again and I would certainly recommend Haybrook.

I would just like to say that the company Haybrook and, particularly Dan did an excellent job to sell my house. After the first buyers back out at the last minute, it didn't phase Dan, he just got on with the sale and viewings with future potential buyers. He always answered my questions and returned my phone calls and delivered the sale. You personally always gave me prompt updates on the sale and I certainly would recommend Haybrook to my family and friends.

I recently purchased a property with the help of Haybrook Crystal Peaks branch. Right from the beginning; the initial enquiry, to the completion, the service has been first class. My negotiator Daniel dealt with my enquiry right through to the fee being agreed. I was provided with swift responses to my many questions.The other member of the team that I liaised with was Vanessa. Once the fee had been agreed, Vanessa provided me with regular updates, whether it was voicemail or email. I only spoke to Vanessa once, with me being at work. Even though direct contact was brief, I found Vanessa to be very courteous and helpful.Both of the previously provided me with great assistance but I'm sure that, that team effort exists with every client. So I would like to thank Haybrook for all their help in the purchase of my first house. I would be happy to endorse Haybrook to any of my friends. Thanks once again.

Very pleased with the overall experience from Haybrook; Crystal Peaks. The valuation was carried out by Rachel, she was knowledgeable and very helpful and I did not feel pressured at any time. I was kept fully up to date with the progress of the sale. Particular thanks to Sam Reaney for all his help and advice. I would definitely use Haybrook again and also recommend them to friends.

Having used Haybrook estate agents for our recent property purchase, I cannot praise the staff members we dealt with highly enough.During our viewing appointments we were shown around by Hayley who was extremely knowledgeable about local areas and really listened to what we wanted from our new home. We had a list of properties we had seen on your website and she also offered a few that, after speaking to us, and taking the time to understand what we really wanted for a home, she thought would be houses we might be interested in and it was actually one of her suggested properties we fell in love with and purchased. Hayley had a good knowledge of all the properties we viewed and could answer all our questions and brought property details with her, very helpful when you viewing a few different properties. Hayley was very prompt on all appointment times and each time met us with a very professional and friendly manner, I actually looked forward to our appointments. All of which made us feel very confident with Hayley and Haybrook.After we had had offers accepted and moving forward with our purchase, we came in contact with Vanessa, again she was fantastic, with her knowledge, dedication, and patience, she made us feel we had someone fighting our corner during a really stressful part of the process. She helped me solve problems I came across whilst dealing with our solicitors and the solicitors of the purchasers of my property, which at the time were being very difficult. Her advice was second to none, and she always delivered on her promises.Buying and selling properties is a very stressful time and Vanessa was a key factor during this time, and without her, a very stressful time would have been made quite unbearable.I cannot thank and praise these ladies highly enough and would be very happy to use Haybrook estate agents again in the future.

All enquiries were sorted which meant we left the branch with peace of mind at all times throughout the sale of process.
