New Build sales peak in the summer months

Summer is well and truly under way and is a strong season for the property Market in Yorkshire.  Transactions are highest in Summer in this region whereas in the UK as a whole the most normally happen in Autumn.  Also new listings are at their high in the Summer months with Spring just leading so summer is a great time to think about moving.

New listings start to slow down in the Summer, which means when demand from buyers is still high, the properties that are available will be in demand.  Demand for a certain type of home or a particular area may be high which will mean that interest will remain strong.
