Haybrook is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award, the prestigious award for employers who exemplify extraordinary commitment to supporting military personnel and their families.

The Armed Forces Covenant celebrates employers who demonstrate exceptional support for the Armed Forces community. Earning the Gold Award reflects Haybrook’s unwavering commitment to service members, veterans, and their families.

Joining us in 2018, David Skingley is one of the many talented individuals on our team. He came to us after a remarkable 26-year military career and 13 years in the commercial and government sectors. Formerly a Warrant Officer in the Royal Corps of Signals, David now ensures the smooth functioning of our IT Infrastructure, overseeing servers, networking, and IT security.

Emma Barber, Head of Training and Development and Armed Forces Champion, whose husband served for 22 years, expressed her pride in this milestone:
“We have the utmost respect for the dedication of service personnel. Signing the Armed Forces Covenant was our pledge to ensure fair treatment. Receiving the Gold Award is a personal and professional achievement I’m deeply proud of.”

Antony Lark, our CEO, expressed his pride in this achievement:
“Receiving the Gold Award is a great honour and reaffirms our dedication to the Armed Forces community. It demonstrates our unwavering commitment to helping military personnel transition into successful careers after their service.”

At Haybrook, we have always valued the exceptional skills and experience veterans and reservists bring to civilian careers. This award solidifies our standing among employers who have offered the highest level of support to the Armed Forces.

Our dedication to creating a nurturing environment for all employees, including military veterans, remains strong, and we look forward to furthering our support for the Armed Forces community in the future.
