Gary Hitchcock wins Top Financial Services Divisional Director at the 2017 Spicerhaart Annual Conference

Local financial services specialist Gary Hitchcock, based with Just Mortgages at Haybrook estate agents in Sheffield, has scooped an award for being the company’s top Financial Services Divisional Director.

Meanwhile, colleague Rachel Bedford, who is Assistant Branch Manager of Haybrook estate agents in Crystal Peaks, won the award for listing the most properties for sale company-wide.

The duo were presented with a trophy at a glittering awards ceremony, celebrating the very best staff and offices throughout Haybrook’s parent company Spicerhaart, the largest independent estate agency group in the UK.

Mr Hitchcock said: “I am delighted to accept this award on behalf of my team at Haybrook as without them I would not have been able to achieve this success.”

Antony Lark, Managing Director of Just Mortgages, said: “Gary has been building his team and his business over the last two years and it has now become a highly productive region. The awards ceremony was part of the company’s annual conference, Ice Apex 2017, and featured comic Jo Caulfield, top international estate agency speaker Tom Panos and a surprise visit from the Red Devils, the British Army’s Parachute Regiment display team.

Staff are planning a sky dive with the Red Devils in June to raise money for the company’s Magic Moments charity, which takes children from hospices on a trip of a lifetime to Disneyland Paris.
